Base

Seafood (Choose One or Mix & Match)

  • 12 oz jumbo lump blue crab meat
    or
  • 12 oz cooked shrimp, chopped into bite-sized pieces
    or
  • 12 oz cooked lobster meat, chopped

Toppings

  • 1–2 fresh jalapeños, chopped
  • 1½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
    or
  • 1½ cups microwave-warmed queso
  • 1 cup fresh pico de gallo
  • 1 teaspoon Authentic OLD BAY Seasoning
  • Juice of ½ lime

Optional Finishing Touches

  • Sour cream or crema drizzle
  • Fresh cilantro or chopped parsley
  • Extra OLD BAY seasoning for garnish
  • Hot sauce for added kick

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Build the base.
    Spread OLD BAY Bagel Chips evenly across a sheet pan, cast iron skillet, or oven-safe platter.
  3. Prep the seafood.
    Toss your seafood choice with lime juice and Authentic OLD BAY Seasoning.
  4. Layer the heat.
    Scatter chopped jalapeños across the chips and evenly distribute the seafood.
  5. Add the cheese.
    • If using shredded cheddar, sprinkle generously over the top and bake for 8–10 minutes until melted and bubbly.
    • If using warm queso, microwave until smooth and warm, then drizzle over the nachos after heating.
  6. Top it off.
    Finish with fresh pico de gallo and any optional toppings like crema, herbs, or hot sauce. or more OLD BAY!
  7. Serve immediately.
    Best enjoyed hot, crunchy, and messy.

For the best texture, use cheddar if baking and queso if serving immediately. Queso gives that indulgent seafood shack feel, while melted cheddar creates more traditional loaded nachos.
